Hello
I've just been to Stanbridges, and i saw a set that was a miniature version of Hornby trains.N-Gauge trains. They are much smaller and 1 train alone costs $127.Which i think is super cheap. If you want a whole set(Includes baseboard,Track,Train, carriages, animals, trees and buildings) costs around $600 for all of it.Now thats a bargain!Well, its still a lot of money, but you can fit more in a smaller place.

Thats all from me now,

Changed My Mind

Hello
I've just chanced to find on Hornby.com that a set I've been wanting for quite a long time has come onto the site. The Bullet Train, the japanese train that is really fast. And the good side is,is that it only costs $90.00 dollars not including postage! This is great because i have to save less money and don't have to loose so much time saving for it.I was just surfing the site and i happened to find it.I looked at the price and it was a amazing $90.00.So I've started saving up for it.Its not really called The Bullet Train. Its called The Blue Rapier. And the good news is that it is in a whole set! This is great opportunity for me because I gave back my granddads old trains and decided i needed a new set to get a good start to my World Of Hornby Trains.

Saving Up For The Flying Scotsman

Hello
Its me again and I'm going to just update you on a few things.I'm going to start saving money to buy a new set of Hornby trains. The one i got from my Grandad just kept on failing so i decided to give it back to him and buy a completely new set.So i went on the Stanbridges site and it said the Flying Scotsman is only $255.65 dollars. So I'm saving up for that.Expect a review on the set in 2011.

Thats pretty much it,

Introduction to the Hornby Train world

Hornby trains is a great train brand.I only got a set recently and it is working great. What Hornby trains look like is a totally different story.Hornby specialises in making model trains. The trains they make look like real trains from the real world. The trains don't have electricity in them. You can get these things called transformers. They have wires that connect into the track. You have to have a whole circuit for the electricity to run around. The wheels on the Hornby trains then transmit the electricity into the motor therefore making the engine turn on and making the wheels turn. You can connect carriages to the trains and then set up model villages and even get famous for having the biggest train collection. The problem is that just a train is $150 and a set at the lowest costs $250.Some sets are so rare that they cost $300-$400 dollars.if you are living in perth then all your Hornby needs will be at Stanbridges in Mount Lawley.

That should be enough infomation about the wonderful world of Hornby Train Sets!If you wanted to set up a collection of Hornby trains then your looking at $1000-$2000 dollars.it depends what you want.A small collection or a big collection

Well, thats enough from me for now,
